Resources - Develop procedures for accounting for staff and visitors,
Follow up next of kin action, prepare emergency staff
hotline number, Prepare action plan for counseling staff/next of kin and
injured. Include plans for temporary and back-up staff.

IT/Tele-communications - Develop procedures for the recovery of all critical/core IT data and define
recovery period. Arrange disaster recovery site. Establish tele-communications policy guidelines.

Premises/Administration - Sourcing of temporary accommodation. Back up site.

PR
and Media Recovery - Establish consistent and controlled
communications policy guidelines, review PR consultant recommendations.
Establish/update PR and media contact list.

Financial
Operations - check financial processes and financial operations back ups.

Insurance - Check
and review insurance arrangements and notification.

Organisation
and Control - Establish Emergency Management Team.
Develop procedures to facilitate emergency response communications with staff.

Office Evacuation - Check and review Office Evacuation Procedures and Emergency Contact Procedures.

ongoing communication to staff/clients. Key Contact Information maintenance system in place.

Recovery Centre - Consider off-site recovery centre and EMT control point.

Business recovery - Establish
Business Recovery Procedures and stand down triggers. Testing continuity.

Training - Ensure all staff are familiar with company's BCP and
know how to get access to it at crisis time. Allow for refresher training and
new recruit training.

Lists and Forms - Identify all required lists and forms, design as necessary and print adequate copies and store.

Drills and Practice - Prepare and execute adequate drills to ensure all contingency arrangements are tested and reviewed.
